Siblings Cass and David founded The Wooden Koutali after growing up around their father’s timber yard and seeing an opportunity to hand-carve the timber into durable and beautiful kitchenware. Their Greek heritage – including love of cooking and spending time together – influences their range of products.

Based in South East Queensland, the family – including dad Theo – source and use raw materials that respect the tree and species, designing, testing and producing their products from start to finish.
